My Journey
I am Dr. Pranoti Kukadia, a Yoga Therapist, Wellness Coach, Homoeopath, and Ayurvedic Nutritionist with over 20 years of experience, and the founder of Niroga.
My work focuses on helping individuals move from managing symptoms to achieving true, sustainable well-being through a holistic approach that integrates yoga therapy, nutrition, sleep, and mindful living. I support people in identifying and addressing the root cause of lifestyle diseases.
My journey into healing has been both professional and deeply personal.
There was a time when life was driven by constant doing—responsibilities, expectations, and the need to keep moving forward. But beneath that, I began to notice how stress, insecurity, and unprocessed emotions quietly influence our health.
I am deeply grateful for the guidance and support I have received along the way, especially from my teachers, Praveen Suthrum and and Kalpana Mehta, whose wisdom continues to inform my work at Niroga.
Through my own practice and disciplined learning from the Subtl and Himalayan yogic tradition, I experienced a shift—from doing to being.
I discovered that healing does not always come from intensity, but from gentle, consistent inner work. From learning to listen. From creating space within.
That shift changed everything—not just in my life, but in the way I began to support others.
